What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product, total transit distance, type of packing, mode of shipping etc. Customer can schedule pickup using any shipping agencies or opt shipping from our side paying shipping charges.

What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?
We have regular production and normally get the stock filled in few days to couple of weeks. You can write to us on your requirement, if any product is showing out of stock.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
In stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours on placing the order. If the orders are received against made to order basis, are shipped based on the agreed timing with customer.
What if I need an urgent delivery?

Cancellation and refund Policy:
How can I cancel my order?
1. 1. The orders placed online can be cancelled via online. If the order is placed via offline, you can contact us to cancel. Cancellation is allowed only for in-stock items. For custom orders, if the order is cancelled during execution, refund is done post deducting our expenses.
2. 2. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, and cancelled, please do not accept delivery and contact us to inform them of the same.
How can I get the refund for a cancelled order?
1. For Prepaid order, the cancellation will also be done and the amount will be getting refunded to you via Payment Gateway directly into your Bank Account.
2. For wholesale orders, we will manually initiate a transfer from our side.
How long will it take to get the refund?
1. For Online orders, it might take 2-7 days for the refund to credit.
2. For Offline bulk orders, it might take 7-14 days for the refund to credit.

Items will have to be in new condition and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
What is the Exchange Policy?
If you are unhappy with the t-shirt that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another design or size, or offer credit on a future purchase, or provide you with a refund.

Who bears the shipping charges of the items returned?
· The return pickup will be initiated and managed at our side, if the return is only due to damage of the product.
