What are sports jerseys?
Sports jerseys are normally uniform t-shirts worn by members of a team in sports or games events. It can be round neck, polo or other patterns. It normally contains a graphics print (sometimes plain), with a jersey number, team name, player name etc. In popular games, the jerseys will contain sponsors name or logo as well.

Fabric Type Customization
For sports jerseys, most commonly used fabric is 100% polyester. Based on the type of knitting, there are many types of fabrics namely salena, dot knit, honeycomb and so on. Polyester-Spandex, Nylon, Nylon-Spandex etc are the other regular options. At Flairmart, we offer all these as fabric choices.
You can can also choose the GSM of the fabric. Very basic quality PP fabric comes from 90 GSM onwards. We normally offer, 160 GSM and 180 GSM for round neck t-shirts in polyester. While in Polyester-Spandex, it starts from 120 GSM onwards. Customized GSM is possible based on the customer requirement, if the quantity is large enough for a competitive price.
Fabric Color Customization
Normally for sports jerseys, we do a full or partial sublimation on a white fabric to reproduce the color. We also offer around 15 colors from our stock, customers can choose their own colors. The same can be dyed to the fabric. The customer needs to provide the Pantone color codes. We will develop the samples for the customer approval. Post approval, we will be apply it to the bulk fabric. This normally takes 2-3 weeks time.
All the color provided in the TCX series of the Pantone is available to customers to choose. Custom dyeing is not possible for very small quantities. It require minimum 300 KG of fabric to go with custom dyeing such that the process is cost effective for the customers.
Size Customization
The customer can choose the size chart we normally follow or provide the custom size chart to us which needs to be followed. When the custom size chart is provided, we will be making the pattern based on it. Samples will be made using the custom size chart and the same is provided to the customer for approval.

Custom Printing and Embroidery
There are a lot of options available in printing the sports jersey t-shirts. We Flairmart offers a wide variety of printing options to the customers based on the need, quantity and type of fabric.
The most commonly used printing on polyester based or synthetic fabric is sublimation printing. The whole white fabric is printed with the required design and then cut based on the pattern. If the printing is not of thick graphics and limited area, screen printing is also done.
Some customers prefers embroidery. We offer it too.
The labels and tags
There are different types of labels available. The size label, wash care label etc are some of them. We offer basic size label and wash care label along with all the products. The customers has the choice of customizing it. Some customers will be looking for woven labels and the same is also offered. You can have printed, woven labels.
You can have branded hang tags. We offer it to the customer to keep all the services under one umbrella. Customer can choose any shape, size, print quality, GSM, and finish of the hang tags they want. We can get it made and attach to the product.
